Co-organized by the China Mechanical Engineering Society Materials Branch, China Society of Mechanical Engineering Failure Analysis Branch and the Chinese Physical Society X-ray Diffraction Committee, the 17th National Residual Stress Academic Society hosted by Shanghai Jiaotong University and Apex Test Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The Conference and International Residual Stress Symposium was held from October 28 to November 2, 2013 in Zhujiajiao, Shanghai. 285 representatives from 183 units at home and abroad attended the academic conference.
